Drilling Products

Industry approved PHPA Polymer and Dispersant.

Appearance: Rice paper tube containing contents - White

Performance to expect:

  • Reduced slip hazard on rig floor
  • Measured hole sweep without leaving the rig floor
  • Removes formation cuttings from bottom hole assembly
  • Improves ROP by bit cleaning and solids removal
  • Aids in reducing fluid loss when drilling shale
  • Reduces hole conditioning time and pull back when tripping
  • Encapsulated drill cuttings can be monitored at the shale shaker

Appearance: Solid Stick, red in color - with a disposable cardboard tube,

Performance to expect:

  • The HS-100D is a hard stick with a blend of corrosion inhibitor, surface cleaner, and other surfactants.
  • Cleaning effect allows for better corrosion inhibitor performance as well as superior bit cleaning. Apply by injecting into the drill pipe when open for making a connection.

SAPP stick - Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate

Appearance: Solid stick, light orange in color - with a disposable cardboard tube

Performance to expect:

  • Expect drilling fluid thinning in the area of the bit and circulation system.
  • Expect clays and gumbos to be pumpable resulting in better hole cleaning.
  • The stick application is a measured process to apply sodium acid pyrophosphate to the drilling fluids without waste.
  • Aids with solids control.

Solid surfactant blend with PHPA Polymer

Appearance: Yellow hard surfactant polymer blend

Performance to expect:

  • Reduced slip hazard on rig floor
  • Bit cleaning as a result of surfactant applied
  • Enhances solids lifting capabilities of drilling fluid
  • Torque reduction due to lubrication
  • Floculates cuttings to bottom in mud pits

SAPP-W - Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate w/walnut shells (ground)

Appearance: Solid stick, light orange in color with visible walnut shells - encased in a disposable
cardboard tube.

Performance to expect:

  • Expect drilling fluid thinning in the area of the bit and circulation system.
  • Expect clays and gumbos to be pumpable resulting in better hole cleaning.
  • Enhanced bit cleaning by presence of walnut shells.
  • Aids with solids control.

Note: The stick application is a measured process to apply sodium acid pyrophosphate to the
drilling fluids without waste.

Rice paper tube containing absorbent beads.

Performance to expect:

  • Expect less pullback tension when tripping by applying this stick to the horizontal section of the wellbore by means of calculated volumes of drilling fluid.
  • Absorbent beads will hydrate and provide an excellent lubricant.
  • This process can also be beneficial for running casing for well completion.
  • Please be aware of other benefits derived by use of this product during the drilling process.
  • If there are concerns about the presence of the lube during completions contact your service person.
  • There is a simple solution to mitigate the lubricant.

Deformable fabric sack w/ swelling agent enclosed.

Appearance: Sewed expandable fabric bags containing super absorbent granules that expand when hydrated.

Performance to expect:

  • When experiencing low return or no returns, when drilling thief zones.
  • To gain normal circulation apply a measured amount of the prepared sacks containing swelling agent down the drill pipe.
  • When bags inter caverns and beads expand pressing against the wall and each other it is possible full return will be gained.

Note: Down hole assembly must be removed and drill pipe returned open ended for application process. Measure must be taken to eliminate bridging in drill string.
