Acid Sticks

HA-25

Appearance: Gel acid and surfactant stick, forest green in color - encased in an extruded polymer tube

Performance:

  • A blend of anhydrous acid blended with surfactants
  • This product is a very effective foamer
  • Produces a light density foam that can accommodate low pressure wells
  • Will remove various types of scale deposits
  • 1-20 sticks applied to a shut in well for a period of time can restore normal flow.
  • Good product for injection wells to aid in perforation cleaning & lubrication.

Notes:

  • This product is produced with a not regulated safe to handle acid. It can be formulated with sulfamic acid by request.
  • All 3/4 and 5/8 sticks are encased in an extruded polymer tube.

 

HA-52 (HARD ACID)

Appearance: Solid stick, forest green in color - with a disposable cardboard tube

Performance:

  • Same effective results as the HA-25
  • Less expensive due to omission of polymer tube

Notes:

  • The hard acid stick contains less acid and increased foamer to prevent breakage.
  • All 3/4 and 5/8 sticks are encased in an extruded polymer tube.
